It's starting to smell a little like beer. There are bubbles.
Today I've added another 2 tablespoons of pineapple puree and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour and mixed it all in with a chopstick. Back on the shelf it goes!
No photo to share today. It looks the same as yesterday, except doubled in volume due to the added flour & pineapple puree.
