Lavash Pizza Rollups

I buy these delicious low-carb lavash wraps at Walmart. They're great for about anything--sandwiches, burritos, baking into chips, tearing up and dunking into hummus or babaganoush, and my favorite: pizza rollups.


This is a regular lunch at my house--and full of flax, oat bran, cholesterol-free and only 3 net carbs per serving (1/2 lavash, which is a generous size), it's a guilt-free indulgence. My toppings of choice: 2 tablespoons prepared spaghetti sauce, a light dusting of pecorino romano cheese, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella and two large slices of pepperoni.

Yum!
